Does this resonate?
I was going to say that I just had a “strange” thought, but I don’t think “strange” is the right word – “unexpected” maybe.
A way in which prayer can be seen in light of Acts 1:8 – “… you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.”
I have the privilege of:
Praying for people I know (in Jerusalem)
Praying for people I don’t know but who are like me (in Judea)
Praying for people I don’t know, are different from me, and who I dislike and/or am prejudiced against (in Samaria)
Praying for the nations (to the remotest part of the earth)
It’s rolling around in the back of my mind.
Does it resonate? And how or how not?
