In Japan, if you are lonely, you don’t have to be alone. You can rent a family or friends. Loneliness has reached epidemic proportions in Japanese society, but God has a cure for the epidemic. He is a “father to the fatherless, a defender of widows,” and He “sets the lonely in families.” And He is sending a gregarious, joy-filled family to Japan to plant a community of believers that will become a family where God will place the lonely.
Patrick and Kalyna Stitt
Patrick and Kalyna Stitt are Assemblies of God missionaries to Japan. Together with their five children — Jack (13), Finnian (12), Levi (10), Aletheia (6), and Keela (4) — they are currently raising prayer and financial support to move to Osaka.
God has prepared them to establish a city-impacting church that will grow and plant other churches in surrounding areas. They are confident that God will do more than they can imagine and that Japan is on the precipice of a move of God that will revolutionize the nation.
